Project Overview
A 141,924 sq ft mixed-use scheme to provide retail, leisure and office uses around a new network of pedestrian lanes in the heart of Southwark Borough Council, designed by SPPARC Architecture and comprising of 49,052 sq ft offices, 82,484 sq ft of retail and 10,388 sq ft leisure and retail including cinema and gallery space.
